It is known that there are varieties consisting of several other varieties (raw materials), and therefore provides OrchidaERP Accounts Program Installation and dismantling program. This article will be divided into two parts to explain the installation and dismantling of a class at length. The first part is the composition of a class and its effect on the store before and after the movements. The second part is the dismantling of the class and its effect on the store before and after the movements.

 

Installation Class 1

When we want to produce a variety of varieties (varieties) from several other varieties (components), we add the group of varieties (varieties produced) and the disbursement of other varieties (ingredients) and have been referred to in the definition (category / components of the category) Bag of wheat 5 kg) and we mentioned that the unit of it needs to quantity = 5 of the class (raw loaf).

Let's give an example to illustrate the process:

We want the filling of (100) units for example (bag of bagels 5 kg)

The effect of that process should be as follows:

»Add (100) units of category (bag of 5 kg)

»Drainage (500) units of class (raw billet)

This is exactly what the installation order is about.

To implement this process on the OrchidaERP accounts program we do the following:

»From the list We choose (stores)

»Then select (install category) will appear the installation commands screen

»Press the Add button and the installation command screen appears

As shown in the figure,

»In the upper table we add the items to be filled (installed) → (bag of 5 kg)

»Then we choose the exchange store from which to exchange the required components (raw materials) → (public store)

»Then press the button (exchange components as defined with the product), the program calculates the required quantities of components

(Raw materials) → (raw dates) needed by the installation of these items and put them in the bottom table

Then press OK to save the command

Note here that:

Dismantling Class 2

The order of disassembling is a reverse process to the order of installation. When we want to separate the other items from the produced items, the other items are added to the store balance in the quantity specified and the items produced are also transferred from the specified stock balance.

We use the same example in the composition of the bag (bag of 5 kg) and we mentioned that the unit of it needs to quantity = 5 of the class (raw loaf).

Example of disassembly Category:

We want the work of drainage (100) units, for example, from the category (bag of 5 kg)

The effect of that process should be as follows:

»Drainage (100) units of category (bag of 5 kg)

»Add (500) Units of Class (Raw Balah)

This is exactly what disintegration is about.

To implement this process on the OrchidaERP accounts program we do the following:

»From the list We choose (stores)

Then select "Decompose". The installation commands screen will appear

»Press the Add button and the installation command screen appears

As shown in the figure,

»In the bottom table we add the items to be disassembled (disassembled) → (bag of 5 kg)

»Then we select the exchange store from which to add the required components (raw materials) → (public store)

»Then press the button (add components as defined with the product) the program calculates the required quantities of components

(Raw materials) → (raw dates) needed to dismantle these items and put them in the top table

Then press OK to save the command

Here we ask a question in our minds, what is the effect of the installation and dismantling of a class or another form (the order of installation and disassembly order) on the cost center and general accounts?

Is the same effect as the inventory order. In the end, the installation order adds a set of varieties (varieties produced) and the disbursement of other items (ingredients). The disassembly order is reversed by adding other items and distributing the varieties.
